Alternatively you can simply use green paper circles for this craft.

Students can learn to fold a paper circle in half and half again to explore fractions as they prepare their tree.

These tree also look fabulous prepared from paper plates, paper doilies and a variety of other craft and fancy papers. Adorn with stickers, paint spots or crayon and top with a foil star!
