Turn your new koala display into a quick calming moment!- Pause and close your eyes.
- Take a few slow, deep breaths and imagine you’re a little koala climbing up a tree. 🌿
- Count the leaves as you slowly climb… breathe in, hold, and gently breathe out.
- Now come back down the tree, tapping each fingertip of one hand into the palm of the other as you go.
- Open your eyes… calm, settled and ready to read our story! 📚🐨
