Butterflies in the Classroom: Meet Glimmerflutter and Blinkerfly from the Pond Coloring Club

This week, the Pond Coloring Club is fluttering with bright new energy — two joyful new coloring pages have landed in the premium club, and they're here to bring smiles, sparkles, and maybe even a little extra motivation to your classroom or cozy corner at home.

Meet Glimmerflutter

Up high in a mist of sparkles and hearts, Glimmerflutter and her twin can be seen twirling gently through the air — soft wings catching the light, bright eyes watching kindly from above.

They're not just fluttering aimlessly — oh no! Glimmerflutter has been invited to fly above your classroom this week, quietly cheering on your students as they try their best, help each other, and create something new.

Imagine Glimmerflutter peeking in during writing time, circle time, or art time, sprinkling encouragement like tiny heart sparkles over hardworking hands.

“Keep going,” she whispers. “I see your effort. You’re doing beautifully.”

This sweet duo is featured on one of the newest coloring pages inside the Pond Coloring Club Premium Library, perfect for a quiet moment of creativity and calm. We'll be adding a special Glimmerflutter Screen Wallpaper to the Pond Update newsletter soon — so teachers can set it as their classroom display for the week!

Say Hello to Blinkerfly

Down in the flower garden, Blinkerfly is adjusting her bright glasses and focusing hard. Her goal this week? Neat, careful writing.

She’s looking closely at every letter, making sure her curves and lines stay right inside the flower garden fences (you know the ones — sky, fence, and grass lines!).

Blinkerfly isn’t rushing. She’s taking her time. She's proud of her loops and tails, and she beams every time a letter nestles perfectly in place.

“Let’s slow down and notice the shapes,” she says. “Our words are growing!”

Your students will love coloring Blinkerfly and imagining how she might flutter by their desks to check in. Maybe she’ll even wink through her glasses when she spots beautifully formed writing!
