Skip Counting Fun

Learning to confidently skip count goes hand in hand with recognizing multiplication as repeated addition. Our Math Pack 35 will help with both!
We put a lot of thought and prep into our printable activities so they are visually engaging. Most  importantly though, we aim to make that visual engagement an integral component, or scaffold of learning. So many people have told us that our activities engage their learners like no other, and help build the essential skills in math. Thank you for your confidence in us!

These games will help facilitate skip counting by 2, 3 5 and 10. They are fast to prep and will help students learning to:
  • count equal groups to skip count
  • determine the number of repeated counts to make a total (division)
  • recall numbers that come next in a skip count
  • use knowledge of a skip count to place numbers in position in a sequence
Each of the 5 small-group activities has:
  • detailed instructions
  • playing cards/boards/templates
  • a worksheet (either a recording worksheet or a fun-follow-up)
  • a cover page to help you organize your resources for future reference
