Bunny Treat Basket and Art Linky

It's Tuesday Art Linky time! Today I would like to share with you a classroom craft perfect for this time of year - an Easter Bunny Treat Basket!

Copy the template onto thin card for your students.

First you students will need to shade the ears, tummy and handle. They will also need to draw a rabbit face! Cut out all pieces and attach some cotton-wool on the tail.

Roll the body and glue the tab down.

Put glue on each of the tabs on the base.

Slide the tabs into the bottom of the body to create a base.

Glue the tail onto the 'x' on the body.

Fold the handle over and glue the two ends on either side of the body.

Crumple some pretty tissue paper into the basket.

And fill the rest with eggs!

You can download the template for free by clicking on the image below.

Do you have an art or craft idea for the classroom? Please add a link to your blog post, in the linky below!

I LOVE this! I think I'm going to have the kids glue it around/me staple it to a paper cup to skip some steps but still have a super adorable treat cup! Thanks for sharing!
