From the Pond Fonts Terms of Use
These terms apply only to small business teacher-authors. If you run a large business, distribute work that is not your own (you pay authors to write for you) or you are not a teacher, you will need to contact us to discuss a suitable license.
- Our fonts are not to be sold or distributed as is - you cannot distribute the font file itself.
- Purchasing the item does not transfer the copyright to you. It means you cannot claim the font/design as your own design.
- This license is non-transferable. This means you cannot transfer/ give the license to anyone else, nor can you change the item that it applies to.
- You are able to use these fonts in any personal or classroom use with no credit needed (your project never goes on the internet or in a digital drive).
- We consider anything on the internet, in a shared drive or intended for electronic distribution as 'commercial use'
- You can use our fonts in teaching documents for commercial use if you are a small business teacher-author.
