Rainbow Race for Making Ten

Students can learn to be faster at recalling the pairs of numbers that make ten by playing games and activities from our Rainbow Addition Bundle.

Here is one of teh games - Rainbow Race. I recently update sit to included mini game mats as well as the standard large page sized game mat. 

Students will roll or spin a number and find the pair that makes 10 to cover. 

Included also is a Quick Math Craft. After playing your group can color, cut and record some numbers for a classroom display of their learning. 

Ten things that quickly disappear are bubbles, shadows, shooting stars, rainbows, snowflakes, sunsets, fogs, whispers, dreams and some memories - but hopefully by playing games like this one regularly, number facts will be steady and lasting in your children's minds to support their work in math.
