March Doodle Month: A Simple Daily Sketchbook Challenge (Join Anytime!)

March Doodle Month – Come Join the Fun!

I’ve started a new little drawing adventure for March — a simple daily doodle challenge in my sketchbook — and you’re warmly invited to join in.

We’re already six days in, but it’s absolutely not too late to start. This month is all about small, sweet drawings: cute animals and pretty flowers, one per day. Nothing complicated — just opening the sketchbook and letting a few lines turn into something cheerful.

March Doodle Challenge Sketchbook Page – Ladybugs on Spiral Stems

Today’s prompt was ladybugs, and I had fun playing with some shapes that are a little different from my usual go-to. My page quickly filled with tiny ladybugs crawling along spiral stems, which felt playful and lively. It’s amazing how much personality can appear with just a few quick lines.

If you’d like to join the challenge, you can get the drawing list here and opt in to the free newsletter if you’d like a little encouragement along the way:

Signing up isn’t essential — the list is there for you either way — but you’re very welcome to join if you’d enjoy a few notes from me during the month.

And if you’d like to see daily peeks into my sketchbook, come say hello over in my Instagram channel, where I’ve been sharing each day’s doodle as it unfolds.

Grab your sketchbook and jump in anytime. A fresh page is always waiting.

Happy doodling!

P.S. If you’re in my Pond Coloring Club (standard level), I’ve added a March calendar page for you. You can use it alongside the challenge to check off the days, pop it into your planner, or keep it on your desk as a little guide for the month.
