It’s still summer here, and I’m enjoying that gentle mix of work, family time, and a little extra relaxing. February is just around the corner though, bringing with it the real start of the year—back to school, back to full workloads, and all the busy energy that comes with it.
I know many early years teachers love beginning the year with action rhymes. They’re such a wonderful way to combine listening, classroom management, movement, and language—and they can easily link into learning areas like maths too. If you enjoy using finger plays and action rhymes, this is a lovely resource:

One of my own action rhymes, The Rainbow Ducks, has recently had some extra goodies added. If you already have the bundle, I hope you enjoy the new name selector sticks, the updated drawing project, and the maths play mats. I’ve also shared a drawing alternative over on Instagram.

There are also some lovely new pages waiting in the Pond Coloring Club—designed to engage and excite your creative learners. You’ll find koalas, helpful unicorns, hedgehogs, snowmen, checkered cats, and more.

My Funny Penguin Banner has welcomed some new cuties as well! These can be used not only as a banner, but also as classroom accents, visuals, and flexible decor pieces.

Lastly, I created a sunshine and rainbow clipart set for the classroom after receiving a request—and it’s now ready and waiting. If there’s ever something you’d love to see in my store, please don’t hesitate to reach out. There’s a Q&A section on TPT and a contact page on my website, and I always enjoy hearing from you.

Thank you for stopping by and keeping in touch—I so appreciate it, especially knowing some of you aren’t on social media. Have a lovely day, and I’ll see you again soon. 🌈✨
