Three Fresh Updates for Building Number Sense in Kindergarten

These updates were created with teacher feedback in mind and are designed to make math time even more hands-on, visual, and flexible at the table.

⛄ 1. Snowman Dot Cards (Now with BIG Play Mats!)

The Snowman Dot Cards now include large, blank snowman play mats so students can:

• build dot patterns on a bigger space
• recreate numbers from the small cards
• play addition, counting, and number talk games

Perfect for dice games, counters, markers, and oral math stories. The big mats make student thinking easier to see and talk about.

🐔 2. Hen Bonds (Hello Haystack Frames!)

The Hen Number Bonds set now includes ten and twenty frames designed as haystacks 🌾

These frames help students:

• build a number before breaking it apart
• clearly see part–part–whole relationships
• explore number combinations to 10 and 20

They’re especially helpful for students who need to see a number in cubes before working with numerals.

🍎 3. Apple 25 Grids (Streamlined & Stronger!)

The Apple 25 Grids set has been refreshed with page-sized apple mats only in three clear styles:

• blank 25 grids
• numbered 1–25 grids
• part–part–whole apple mats
