My children do lots of craft here at home and we are currently re-sorting and organizing our crafting space. They also have a very crafty grandma who loves having projects ready for them when they visit. Here is one simple one they did with her recently that you might like to try.
How to make a spotty rocking paper plate bird
1. Dot paint (Sam just used his finger tip) the back of a paper plate. Use 2 colors of your choice.2. When dry, fold the paper plate in half.
3. Using white craft glue, attach a feather as a tail, a googly eye and a triangle of orange paper for the beak. Note, we just added the eye and beak to one side.
Tap him gently and watch him rock!
