Tracing helps children get ready for writing. Handwriting patterns get your students ready to form letters. We have some cute spring lambs that will help your learners with the loop and zigzag patterns.
We recommend letting your students trace in marker or crayon. Less pressure needs to be exerted to get a nice clear line than a pencil. Students with poor pencil control will feel more successful with a marker and want to trace more - and the more practice - the better their control will get!
Your little learners will enjoy tracing from left to right along the pattern lines to help build their handwriting skills.
If you are looking for more fun pre-writing and fine motor tracing activities to complete with your little ones, head over to our website to browse our Big Shape Tracing packets.
They will help your little learners master pencil control and handwriting movements.
Recently, I have had some requests for an 11-20 version of our Number Match Worksheets. I have finally had time to create them and get them listed - find them in our store.
Have a great day friends!
