How to Play:

"Math in the Clouds" – A Tens & Ones Game

What you'll need:

• Cloud Number Cards (0–20)
• Place Value Mat
• Dry erase markers (optional)

Steps:

• Choose a cloud card and place the number on your mat.
• "Uh oh! A cloud floats away…" (Remove one card)
• Draw a new cloud card and add it to the mat.
• Count your total — tens first, then ones.
• Write the two-digit number in the box.

This activity:

• Supports place value understanding in a visual, tactile way
