- Grab a pen and doodle freely on the back of a receipt or envelope
- Take a color walk—notice and name 5 bright things you see
- Set a 1-minute timer and draw whatever comes to mind—no judging!
- Make a mini mood board with magazine scraps or digital images
- Trace your hand and fill it with patterns, colors, or words
