We recently painted some super cute spring chicks and would love to share the steps with you!
We did Sharpie drawings on watercolor paper and then painted them with quick fast strokes to get a vibrant fresh spring feel!
Steps to draw a happy chick
1. Draw a tall curved line, like a rainbow!
2. Draw some little round eyes at the top.
3. Draw a beak - first a diamond and then a line through the middle.
4. Draw long thin legs and little stick feet.
5. Draw some sweet side cheeks.
6. Draw a heart shaped tail on the side!
7. Draw a feather on top!
